“We wanted to replace the concrete driveway at our old stone built house in Holmfirth and looked at all sorts of alternatives before visiting Holmebuild and choosing the paving from the display area. Everything went very smoothly with the work carried out by Ray and his men and we are delighted with the end result”.
Scheme
To excavate the existing, very steep concrete drive and replace with natural stone paving edged with natural stone cobbles to match. Install a drainage channel halfway down the drive to prevent flooding by water run off from the road.
Materials used
Approx. 130m2 ‘Golden fossil’ Indian natural stone. 100 lin metres of stone cobbles to suit.
Stormdrain channel system drainage with black grate, approx. 5 metres.
